• Monthly Retainer Plans: Clients can request a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of their monthly retainer if the services are terminated before the end of the billing cycle.
• Fixed-Term Contracts: Refunds for fixed-term contracts will be considered based on the remaining term of the contract. A pro-rated refund will be provided for any months that have not yet commenced.

4. Third-Party Expenses: Certain projects may require third-party expenses such as domain registration, hosting, or licensing fees. These expenses are non-refundable and will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

5. Digital Assets and Deliverables: Upon project termination, any digital assets or deliverables already provided to the client will remain the property of the client, and no refund will be issued for these items.

7. Refund Processing: Refund processing will commence within 30 days upon approval of the refund request. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the project.
