Refund Policy

We’re dedicated to delivering services and digital products that empower our clients and exceed expectations. We also believe in clear, upfront communication. Below is our refund policy to help you understand when and how refunds may apply.
1. Initial Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. These fees reflect the time, insight, and strategic guidance our team provides during the discovery phase to understand your goals and project scope.
2. Design and Development Services
Refunds for custom design and development work are assessed based on project progress. If you request a cancellation, we’ll review the current stage of work completed and determine eligibility for a partial refund, if any.
3. WordPress Management Services

Monthly Retainer Plans: You may request a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your monthly plan if services are canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

Fixed-Term Contracts: Refunds for prepaid contracts are available on a pro-rated basis for any future, unused months.
4. Third-Party Expenses
Some projects involve third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, or licensing. These are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
5. Digital Assets and Deliverables
If a project is terminated, any completed assets or deliverables already provided to you remain yours. However, no refunds will be issued for work that has already been delivered.
6. Digital Downloads (eBooks, Courses, Plugins, etc.)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This includes downloadable eBooks, online courses, plugins, templates, and other non-tangible assets. Once access or delivery is provided, refunds will not be issued. If you run into any technical issues, we’re happy to assist—just reach out to our support team.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a written request to our support team including the project name, service purchased, and your reason for the request. We’ll review it promptly and in good faith.
8. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, processing will begin within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
9. Changes to This Policy
theWPGirls, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or through our website.
